That's an incredible snowboarding shot...the perspective is total vertigo.

I found your site through a search for Tokyo Police Club. What did you think of the show in Kelowna? We drove up from Summerland and thought it was fantastic.

Yeah Jeremy,
The show was really good...those guys are a blast. They played in Nelson last year and only about 5 people went. Nobody knew about them and theere wasn't much promotion for them so I missed them in my home town but saw them at Sasquatch Fest last May and I was hooked. Good times!

Right on. A friend of mine in Calgary saw them three or four times and told me I had to go when they came to Kelowna -- good tip!

That Nelson show sounds like the first time the Weakerthans came to Kelowna. More than five people, but not a lot more. Made for a cool, intimate show...but when they came back the next time it was packed.

I saw the Weakerthans' show in Kelowna when they played with The Constantines...that was an awesome show!

Yeah, that's the one where it was packed -- it was great, wasn't it? I wish the Weakerthans had played a bit longer, but they were fantastic. I loved the Constantines, too...they were so tight and raw at the same time.

Wow, sweet photo! What do you shoot with?

Who's in the photo?

I shoot with canon gear.
This shot was taken at Whitewater and the rider is Bodhi Kelly. Published in Kootenay Mountain Culture Magazine.
